Notes
For presentation purposes, submitting an abstract in English is sufficient, regardless of whether it has been published previously.
For formal inclusion in the proceedings, papers must be original and not previously published.
All submissions will be subjected to brief in-house peer-review.
For each submitted regular abstract, extended abstract (short paper) and full-length paper, one theme area must be specified for the content. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to assign thematic categories as necessary.
The Conference organizers reserve the right to allocate accepted papers into sessions as they see fit in accordance with the overall program objectives.
The Committee reserves the right to change submissions for oral
presentations to posters.
The acceptance of abstracts by
the Committee does not imply any financial assistance or fee
deduction.
At least one author must register in full to attend and present the abstract/paper at the conference.
An abstract/paper can only be presented once in one form (oral or poster), or in both forms (oral and poster).
Failure to register may result in the abstract/paper being removed from the Conference program.
The decision of the Conference organizers is final.
