Registration Fee

The registration fee DOES NOT cover the traveling fee and hotel fee.

One registration per presentation. If multiple papers are
accepted for presentation, each paper requires a separate
registration fee.

Multiple submissions of the same author will be accepted;
however, one registration is limited to one
submission.

We provide INVOICE for all delegates. Also Chinese delegates may apply
for FAPIAO when necessary.

Refund policy: All paid registration fees are non
refundable.

Student delegates include only enrolled Undergraduate, Master and Ph.D., who are required to provide Student ID Cards for registration.

Payment Method
1. Online Payment for RMB
We have engaged
"深圳市中科启明创业投资有限公司" to serve as the payment collection agent for Chinese
participants for convenience. When making a payment, please
fill in the appropriate amount of the registration fee and
note your name in English.
Registration fee should be paid preferably through Alipay by
scanning the following code.
Payment can also be paid through Bank transfer.

2. On-site Payment
The registration fee can also be paid on site. Only cash and
Alipay is acceptable (Credit cards and other payments are not
acceptable) at the conference registration desk. And you have
to confirm your on-site payment in advance by sending an email
to cmmm2025@163.com.
FAPIAO
For those who need FAPIAO, please scan the following code with
WeChat and fill in the necessary information. Please fill in all
the FAPIAO information in Chinese, and make sure that you have
included your name and mobile phone number in your request,
otherwise it will not be processed. For FAPIAO enquiries, please
contact cmmm@gypartner.com if you have any
questions.
